Leisure World has the latest fitness machines, exercise classes such as power yoga and kick boxing, and an olympic sized pool. This gym has helped me reach my fitness goals! The staff is incredibly friendly and encouraging.
Gym that opens early (0430 week days, 0700 weekends) and has sufficient equipment for the regular gym goer. Some equipment has ques if working out at popular times and equipment fixes and updates are slow coming. Pool is adequate for elderly and kids but not a competitive swimmer in training. Plenty of cardio machines and TVs while using them in the one room. Insufficient stretching equipment. Tanning beds, child care while exercising, group exercise classes available. Spa in locker rooms and small saunas.
Great place for anyone to work out. The staff is very nice, and it has a low pressure atmosphere. Lots of free classes, a pool, tanning, and daycare. Love it.

Overall a good gym they have a pool, weight room, sauna, and plenty of cardio equipment.
